8-month-old Zackary Blades and his aunt, 30-year-old Karlene Warner, died in a car crash in Durham, UK, after their Peugeot 308 was hit by an Audi Q5. Zackary's mother, Shalorna Warner, survived with minor injuries. A 38-year-old man from Rotherham, South Yorkshire, was arrested at the scene, charged with causing death by dangerous driving and possession of a bladed article, and appeared in court.
