AFL executive Kylie Rogers, with 7 years experience, has been appointed as the first female CEO of the Victoria Racing Club (VRC), succeeding Steve Rosich. Rogers will take on the role in September and has been credited for driving revenue streams and securing a record $4.5bn broadcast deal in 2022. She will complete a handover at the AFL by the end of August before starting at VRC in September.
