Islamabad High Court approves transfer of PTI founder Imran Khan's iddat case to another court.

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) approved the transfer of the iddat case involving PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi to another court after Sessions Court Judge Shahrukh Arjumand requested the transfer due to a lack of trust from Bushra's ex-husband, Khawar Maneka. The case, which involves allegations of an "un-Islamic nikah", will now be heard by Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka.
