Three hikers became lost and suffered hypothermia in Budderoo National Park near Jamberoo. Emergency services located them after a challenging search through rain-soaked terrain infested with leeches. The hikers were treated for mild hypothermia, then escorted out of the park by police officers at 3:30am. The group was eventually assessed by paramedics before returning home.
