Gangland boss George Marrogi, serving a 37-year sentence for murder and coordinating a $55M drug empire, is suing the Victorian government for alleged human rights breaches. His lawyers claim prison authorities have deprived him of outdoor exercise and social interaction with other inmates. Marrogi previously sprayed faeces on a guard.
