Former Doraville police officer Miles Bryant is facing trial for the alleged kidnapping and murder of 16-year-old Susana Morales in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Bryant was arrested in February 2023 and subsequently fired after Morales disappeared in July 2022 and her remains were found in woods near Dacula. Charges against Bryant include felony and malice murder, criminal attempt to commit rape, and false report of a crime.
