A dead foreign man with flower and bird tattoos was found on Pattaya beach near Soi Pattaya 3 Road. He wore black shoes and blue shorts, and there were no signs of physical assault. Police believe he died about five hours prior. A sunbed operator discovered the body and alerted authorities, who sent it to the Police General Hospital for an autopsy.
