The luxurious four-bedroom, four-bathroom, three-level property at 31 Burns Crescent features private beach access and a slipway to Five Dock Bay. The sale was conducted in front of a 100-strong crowd and marked the largest under-the-hammer sale in Ray White NSW chief auctioneer Alex Pattaro's 13-year career.
