Bank of Singapore (BOS), a subsidiary of OCBC Bank, appoints Dr. Owi Ruivivar as its first Chief Portfolio Strategist. With 30 years of experience in economics, investment strategy, and portfolio management, Dr. Ruivivar joins from GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund. She will develop a multi-asset allocation framework for clients and is a member of BOS' investment committee.
