41-year-old Troy man, Elvis W. Bowles, died after an ATV crash on Athens Church Road near Golden Road, 4 miles east of Luverne, Alabama. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports the crash occurred at 4:10 p.m. on Friday, May 31, when Bowles' ATV left the roadway, hit an embankment, and ejected him. The crash is under investigation by the ALEA Highway Patrol Division.
