25-year-old Thomas Roberts from Melbourne has been charged with multiple counts of DUI after a car crash on I-95 that injured a couple and an infant. The Florida Highway Patrol reports that Roberts was traveling at approximately 100 mph when he rear-ended a vehicle, causing it to lose control and flip before hitting a utility pole. The infant and woman are in stable and critical condition, respectively.
