15-year-old killed in Cherokee County crash on Saturday: A 15-year-old girl died in a car crash in Cherokee County after the driver, an 18-year-old, failed to negotiate a curve on North 561 road near Tahlequah, causing the vehicle to flip multiple times. Speed may have been a factor. Two passengers, including the girl, were not wearing seatbelts, and she was ejected from the vehicle. The accident is under investigation.
