35-year-old Ashley Diane Carter was arrested after a traffic stop in Escambia County led to the discovery of 115g of methamphetamine, 31.4g of fentanyl, ammunition, and drug paraphernalia. Carter is charged with trafficking meth and fentanyl, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She also had three active warrants for meth trafficking and two counts of failure to appear for felony charges.
