China's software and IT service industry achieved double-digit growth in revenue and profits during the first four months of 2024, with total profits rising 14.3% to 431.4 billion yuan and combined revenue increasing 11.6% to 3.8 trillion yuan. The IT service sub-sector saw its revenue grow 13.2% to 2.5 trillion yuan, accounting for 65.9% of the total industry revenue. Cloud computing and big data services experienced a 14.3% revenue surge to 410.7 billion yuan.
