Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz approves Lahore Development Project, initiates Phase 1, sets tax-free status for IT City, and plans Knowledge City and Film City.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz approved the Lahore Development Project during a special meeting, establishing a Project Management Unit. Phase 1 involves development in six city zones, costing over 74bn rupees in 10 months. She also announced tax-free status for the IT City project for the next 10 years, as well as the development of a Knowledge City and Film City.
