A court in India will settle the dispute over who invented the popular Indian dish, butter chicken. In 1947, two men named Kundan, who fled Peshawar to New Delhi, founded the famous restaurant Moti Mahal, where the dish gained fame. The descendants of Kundan Lal Jaggi and Kundan Lal Gujral now claim the invention, with Daryaganj, a restaurant chain run by Jaggi's family, being sued in Delhi High Court.
