The Commerce and Industry Ministry plans to propose a dedicated policy for deep tech startups in the forthcoming Budget to be announced by the new government. The policy aims to address challenges faced by deep tech startups and create a conducive ecosystem through definitive policy interventions. The proposal is in the final stages and may be forwarded for the full Budget announcement in July.
