3 arrested as stolen car leads police to an apartment complex. A stolen vehicle spotted by San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) on E. Southcross was traced to an apartment complex where 21-year-old William Martin, and two teenagers with active warrants, were arrested. Martin was found to have outstanding warrants for aggravated robbery and evading arrest.
