Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) stated that IEA seeks meaningful participation in the third UN-convened Doha meeting. Muttaqi mentioned that the IEA is researching the framework of the 3rd Doha meeting and will announce its position soon. The policy of the IEA is based on a balanced and positive engagement with all countries.
