29-year-old Ugandan woman, Hajarah Nakanwagi, was arrested in Goa, India for overstaying without valid documents. She was apprehended by Mandrem police during a routine patrol in Arambol. She allegedly contravened Section 7(1)(3) of the Foreigners Order 1948 and Section 14 of the Foreigners Act 1946.
