29-year-old Salomon Sebastian Juan-Gaspar, from Cookeville, TN, was arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and tampering with governmental records after a months-long investigation by the ICAC and the Cookeville PD. The investigation began with a cybertip about his alleged possession of child sexual abuse material. Juan-Gaspar was detained at Putnam County Jail with a $300,000 bail.
