21-year-old Clinton Reteff faces multiple charges, including assault, assault with a weapon, theft, and failure to comply with court orders, after stealing a car and hitting three people with it during an altercation in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia. The victims, aged 23, 51, and 32, were seriously injured and taken to the hospital. Reteff was later arrested by Cape Breton Regional Police with the help of the stolen vehicle.
