Florida police are reviewing an incident where officers allegedly punched and tased a 16-year-old boy who trespassed at an apartment complex pool and refused to leave when ordered by police. The Lakeland police charged the teen with misdemeanor trespassing and two felony counts of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence. The officers responded to a 911 call from the apartment complex management, who claimed several non-tenants were at the pool.
