The Tribeca Film Festival is set to premiere five AI-created short films, marking the first time movies made with OpenAI's text-to-video tool, Sora, will be showcased at a festival. The filmmakers agreed to adhere to terms of contracts in the movie industry related to AI, and the films will be screened on June 15 at the Tribeca Film Center Screening Room. This is the largest event yet featuring AI-generated movies.
