Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) club Rivers United has announced the termination of head coach Stanley Eguma's appointment. The club explained the decision to part ways with the veteran coach, who is the longest-serving in the NPFL, is to pursue a new direction in achieving their objectives and goals. Assistant coach Evans Ogenyi will take charge of the team in an interim capacity until the end of the season.
