Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the signing ceremony for a 1.8bn USD credit for Long Thanh International Airport's Phase I, to be provided by Vietcombank, VietinBank, and BIDV. The airport, expected to be completed by 2026, has a total capacity of 100 million passengers and 5 million tons of cargo per year. The PM praised the banks and the State Bank of Vietnam for their efforts in arranging the credit and ensuring the project's progress.
