A man died after being rescued from a burning duplex in Columbia Heights, Minnesota on Friday morning. Firefighters found the victim inside one of the units and attempted life-saving measures on the scene. The man was later pronounced dead at the hospital. No other injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Anoka County Fire Investigation Team.
