Autodesk has appointed board member Elizabeth Rafael as interim CFO and named Deborah Clifford, the previous CFO, as Chief Strategy Officer following an internal investigation into accounting practices. The company reported preliminary first-quarter revenue of $1.42bn, above analysts' expectations. Autodesk said there will be no restatement or adjustment of any financial statements.
