21-year-old Tyazia Aniya Gipson from Gautier, MS was arrested in Mobile for allegedly stealing from Belk department store twice within two weeks. The Mobile Police Department responded to a theft report at the store, discovering Gipson had previously stolen items from the same store a week earlier. She was charged with retail theft of property and theft of property.
