15-year-old girl arrested, charged with robbery and aggravated assault after allegedly punching and kicking 13-year-old girl in Winnipeg on April 17. Other youths recorded the attack on their phones and encouraged the fight. The 13-year-old victim was found unconscious in a parking lot with head and face injuries, and was taken to hospital in unstable condition.
