The S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average experienced a temporary halt in updating prices for around an hour on Thursday, but trading of individual stocks and ETFs remained unaffected. The pricing issues did not impact futures markets for the S&P 500 and Dow. Data feeds for the indexes froze at 10:41 a.m. ET and resumed shortly before noon. The CME Group confirmed the issue and is working on a fix.
