Philippines' PEZA designates Arcovia City in Pasig as a new IT park, with Megaworld Corp. signing a Registration Agreement to develop and operate it. The project, a 12.3-hectare township with residential condos, retail hubs, and office towers, aims to boost the nation's investment reputation and create jobs for Filipinos in the IT-BPM industry. Megaworld currently manages nine economic zones, employing over 160,000 Filipinos.
