Opposition leader and Workers' Party chief, Pritam Singh, faces trial from Oct 14 to Nov 13 over allegations of lying to a parliamentary committee investigating his party's ex-MP Raeesah Khan. He could face up to three years in jail, a fine of up to S$7,000, or both per charge if convicted. The trial will be presided by Deputy Principal District Judge Luke Tan.
