Italian luxury sneaker brand Golden Goose plans a £2.5bn ($3.3bn) listing in Milan, raising €100m ($108m) and valuing the company at about €3bn ($3.3bn) including net debt. Golden Goose, known for its high-end trainers priced around £500 ($540) a pair, is targeting a free float equal to at least 25% of the company. The IPO is set to be Italy's largest listing in over a year and is part of an uneven recovery in Europe's equity capital markets.
