Frasers Group increases stake in Hugo Boss to 2.47% with total investment reaching £305m.
Frasers Group, the London-listed firm owned by Mike Ashley, has increased its stake in luxury fashion brand Hugo Boss to 2.47% following a decline in the German brand's shares since the start of the year. This brings the group's total investment in the company to £305m. Frasers Group, which owns Sports Direct, House of Fraser and Flannels, now owns 13.9% of Hugo Boss shares via the sale of put options.
