19-year-old Ellie-Mae Hill, described by her family as a "beautiful, kind soul," tragically died in hospital after a single-vehicle crash in Billericay, Essex on April 25. The four people in the car were taken to hospital following the collision at 12:40 am at the junction of Pipps Hill Road and Oak Road. Two men, aged 19 and 25, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
