The UAE is planning to expand the scope of trade and services under the CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) with India, signed in Feb 2022, to boost bilateral trade. UAE official Feryal Ahmadi highlights the focus on agri-commodities and plans to include critical minerals. As India is the largest trading partner for the UAE, this expansion aims to further accelerate their bilateral trading volume.
