4-time Indy 500 winner Helio Castroneves will replace Tom Blomqvist for the next two IndyCar races at Detroit and Road America, after Blomqvist was involved in a multi-car crash at the Indianapolis 500. Castroneves is now part of the ownership group at Meyer Shank Racing, which agreed with Blomqvist to step aside for the two races. Blomqvist will continue to be part of the team for the rest of the season.
