South Korean court prevents Hybe Co from dismissing K-pop producer Min Hee-jin as CEO of Ador.

A South Korean court has granted an injunction to K-pop producer Min Hee-jin, preventing Hybe Co, the parent company of her record label Ador, from dismissing her as CEO. The court ruled that Hybe's reasons for Min Hee-jin's dismissal or resignation lacked sufficient substantiation, allowing Min Hee-jin to continue control of acts such as K-pop group NewJeans. Hybe plans to continue pressing its case that Min sought to take control of Ador.
