Ontario will require high school students to pass a financial literacy test as part of its graduation requirements from 2025. The financial literacy test will cover topics such as managing a household budget and protecting oneself against financial fraud. Students will need at least 70% in the test, which will initially be offered in Grade 10 math. The move is aimed at ensuring students graduate with practical financial skills.
