Two men in Dunkirk, NY were arrested in a four-month-long narcotics investigation. Authorities found drugs, weapons, and packaging materials at their mobile home. Jesus M. Aponte-Rosario, 34, faced multiple charges including a fugitive warrant from New Jersey. Felipe A. Otero-Otero, 20, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both were taken to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office for arraignment.
