LondonMetric sells £31.3M retail assets, buys £45M urban warehouses in separate deals.

LondonMetric Property has completed £31.3M retail asset sales and purchased £45M worth of urban warehouses in separate transactions. The sold retail properties include an Asda foodstore, a retail park, and two former Cazoo car showrooms. Concurrently, the company acquired six warehouses in Cardiff, Milton Keynes, and York, with tenants such as Booker and Ingram Content Group.
