Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda says his saddest moment is when he receives news of bandits attacking communities, killing people, kidnapping others, and raping women. His senior brother was also killed by bandits, leaving behind three wives and 27 children. When his administration took office, 22 out of 34 local governments were severely affected by insecurity. The problem reduced significantly after the government inaugurated the community security watch corps.
