The amended filing reveals a "Seed Capital Investor" had purchased the initial shares, with assets within the ETF redeemable for cash or Ether. Following the recent SEC approval of several Ether ETFs, analyst Eric Balchunas suggests a June launch is a "legitimate possibility".
