Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs dismissed the European Union's (EU) representative's statement on Azerbaijan's human rights situation as "far from reality" and "biased." Azerbaijan's spokesperson, Aykhan Hajizada, said the EU's claims are filled with false allegations and urged the EU to address human rights violations within its own region instead of interfering with Azerbaijan's affairs.
