Activist investor Nelson Peltz sells entire Disney stake post failed board shake-up attempt.

Activist investor Nelson Peltz has sold his entire stake in Disney following his failed attempt to shake up Disney's board, according to CNBC. Peltz, who is the billionaire head of hedge fund Trian Fund Management, sold his Disney shares at around $120 a share, making roughly $1 billion in the process. The shares were sold shortly after Disney shareholders supported CEO Bob Iger and the current board in April.
