Bruesch, suspected of a vehicular assault in Fargo, fled from officers and led them on a chase, crossing the Sheyenne River. He was apprehended by the K-9 Unit and taken into custody on charges including fleeing a peace officer, drug paraphernalia, burglary, and multiple outstanding warrants.
