30-year-old Trenton Lester Kiser was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer and later by a Toyota Camry on I-40 West in Burke County, NC. The tractor-trailer driver swerved to avoid the pedestrian, causing the truck to veer off the road, overturn, and strike trees. Kiser was wearing dark clothing in an unlit area, and no charges or impairment are expected to be filed.
