41-year-old Pawel Lesniewski, accused in an acid attack on a man in East Belfast last year, was denied permission to leave Northern Ireland for a family holiday. The incident, involving a corrosive liquid thrown on the victim during a dispute among members of the Polish community, left the victim scarred.
