39-year-old Justin Limkemann, a missing kayaker, was found dead in the Upper Iowa River in Winneshiek County, Iowa. Limkemann, from Frederika, had been reported missing since May 18. His body was discovered near Lundy Bridge after the Iowa Department of Natural Resources reported seeing what they believed to be a body in the river. Limkemann was last seen kayaking on the Upper Iowa River.
